What odds are supported?

In theory, there are an infinite number of decimal odds that BetDEX could allow users to place their orders at. However, this could prevent efficient matching from happening in markets so BetDEX has defined an odds ladder with specific odds at which orders can be placed. This simplifies placing orders and prevents liquidity moats from occurring. A liquidity moat is when orders are placed at adjacent price points that have a negligible probability difference.
