How can I set order limits?

Responsible gambling is very important to us here and BetDEX and one of the tools we use is allowing the customers to set limits on the amount of orders they place.

The responsible gambling page can be accessing by going to the account pages and selecting responsible gambling.

Clicking on the responsible gamling link takes the user to a page where they have the option to contact support to set their stake limits as shown below.

By clicking edit, the customer can then change their stake limit to limit them to a maximum amount you can place in one order.

Deafult is 'No Limit' so change this with your maximum stake and click confirm.

You should then see the new limit which will take effect in 24 hours.
