How long is this Bonus Offer valid? This Bonus Offer has expired as of February 16th, 2024 from 8:30AM UTC. BetDEX reserves the right to cancel this promotion at any time and without further liability in its sole and absolute discretion.

What is a Risk-Free Bet Bonus Offer? For users that have claimed the offer in-app and completed KYC level 2, BetDEX will issue a bonus of up to $25 (amounts may be higher for select affiliates and other promotions) for the first matched bet if that bet does not win! Who is eligible for the Risk-Free Bet Bonus Offer? For users referred from select BetDEX partners and affiliates. Users must successfully complete KYC level 2 to be eligible.

How do I take advantage of this offer?

1. For new users, click here to sign up for an account; 2. Claim the offer shown in the in-app banner (for all new and existing users); 3. Complete KYC level 2 (see here for more info on our KYC process); and 4. Your first qualifying matched bet after claiming your bonus will be risk free. If you lose, BetDEX will refund your wallet within 1-2 business days.

What are the Risk Free Bet Bonus Offer rules and restrictions?

• Only the matched part of a new customer's first order will be eligible to be part of the risk-free bet bonus. Any unmatched orders will not qualify, and any part of an order that is unmatched will not qualify.

• Minimum odds of first order should be 2.0 or more for a back and 2.0 or more for a lay order

• Only one order per market should be placed to be eligible for the promotion, multiple orders on the same market will disqualify the order and the user from being included in the promotion

• Cancelled, voided or unmatched orders will not be eligible in this promotion. If your first bet is cancelled or voided, your next bet will qualify as your risk-free bet.

• If a losing wager is paid out under this promotion, the payout amount will equal the matched part of payment of first order (stake for backs, risk for lays) up to $25.

• Bonus will not be paid to accounts that are suspended for any reason at time of intended bonus payout

• Only one matched risk free bet per eligible customer

• Only one bonus per household, determined on a first come first serve basis based on the time of placement

If I lost my first bet how do I get my bonus? Bonus will be paid after the market is settled and eligibility checks are carried out, typically within 1-2 business days. The bonus will be distributed directly to the eligible wallet.

BetDEX reserves the right to not payout any bonuses if we have reason to suspect bonus offer abuse, examples this include (but are not limited to):

• Using more than one account to participate

• Using more than one wallet

• Colluding with another account

• Having both corresponding lay and back bets on the same market
